DMM FX Network Issues – Users Warned
- DMM FX an Australian retail Forex broker is reportedly having network issues and cautioned users about the same.
- DMM FX network issues caused outages in different aspects of its Retail MT4 offering.
- Users were concerned about the network issues and tried to contact the broker.
Recently, in a statement DMM FX an Australian Forex broker stated that
“Please be aware that there is a known intermittent issue currently affecting our network. This may impact clients login to our MT4 trading servers and client portal. Please be assured that we are investigating and resolving this with the highest priority. There is no resolution time at this stage. We will inform once service has been fully restored. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
In short, there were some issues which had an impact on the trading and left a few users red faced.
In one of the later statements the broker informed users that they are trying their best to resolve the issue. Later, they stated that they found a temporary solution:
“We are glad to announce that we have a temporary solution for this intermittent network issue. Please contact to our customer support via live chat for more updates.
We thank you once again for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
We must note that the solution is only temporary. So, the DMM FX traders should be cautious and be on their toes until there is a permanent solution.
